RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Gracias for shopping at www.JibaroPR.com and supporting our brand. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we want to change that. Below are further instructions depending if you would like to return or exchange your items.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of your order date.
- Merchandise must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Please email info@JibaroPR.com with the reason and details of your return.
- When we receive your returned merchandise, we will refund you against the original method of payment.
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
- Returns take up to 5-7 days for processing.
- Final Sale items may be returned.
- In the case of damaged items, please call the customer care team at 513-580-8131.
Please email info@JibaroPR.com with reason and details of your exchange. If you are exchanging an item for another color, size, or item of equal value, we’ll ship your exchange immediately upon receipt of your item. Exchanges for out of stock or different valued items will result in a refund so you can make another purchase from our current inventory.
