El machete es un símbolo cultural puertorriqueño que representa la integridad, el arduo trabajo y la dignidad de los trabajadores y jíbaros que lo utilizan como una instrumento de trabajo. A través de la historia de Puerto Rico esta herramienta simple y sin embrago extremadamente versátil, ha jugado un rol importantísimo en el cultivo de los productos de la isla. El propósito de esta camiseta es honrar el machete y su simbolismo icónico que resuena con todos los puertorriqueños.
Una porción de las ganancias de Jíbaro son donadas a organizaciones de caridad de Puerto Rico. A través de su compra usted está contribuyendo al desarrollo y educación de los puertorriqueños y la protección de la isla.
Material es una mezcla de Algodón/Poliéster. Camiseta hecha en los Estados Unidos (USA) con materiales importados y materiales de los USA. Impreso en USA. El modelo lleva una camiseta tamaño grande (L).

Fit was good, it’s a light feeling tee, not a premium feel but not super cheap either. Disappointed in the color, not a deep black color like in first pic, only looked at first 2pics, it’s like a grayish black color.

I bought 3 things (Jibaro snap back hat with the patch, Machete shirt, and women Jibaro roaster shirt). The quality on all the items was what I expected. The cotton is a blend so it’s light weight and soft to the touch, the sizing is accurate. Another really nice thing was it shipped out very quickly and I appreciate that! But I think the best part is the designs.
I am a customer because it’s impossible to find ANY “Puerto Rican / Boricua” niche clothing that isn’t the typical red white and blue flag dominated coqui type imagery. And even harder to find anything “ Jibaro “ that isn’t corny. However these designs are tasteful and modern, and not just flag colors.
Also I’d suggest doing more designs of old photos (de campo), bomba y plena themes, Taino, y Don Pedro Albizu Campos with inspirational quotes if possible. 5 panel hats could be cool too. Any way nice work ! ☮️
